When to use Saramis expertise?

Saramis project management services bring value in situations when you want to assign proven expertise to lead your strategic project. The project could be characterized as a pilot or an innovative project that looks for new type of approach and solutions by integrating various type of know how. In these cases, traditional project management is often not enough. There could be lack of resources or right type of competence to lead a project. You could also benefit of having an outside view and expertise for effective co-learning and results.

Tailor made solutions and way of working

Our services and role are always tailored to client specific situation. We can, for example, take full responsibility of leading a project or we can co-work with client organization lead and teams. The latter often means that Saramis takes more responsibility in the start-up phase and gradually transfers full leadership to client organization. Saramis can also propose other competence experts needed during the project as we have an international network to exploit.
